From our Family to Yours

Our “Story” begins with our dedication to family, ours, yours, and our community’s. We are Lee and Casey Coates, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and owners of Sound Asleep Anesthesia. We are also married and have two beautiful daughters who inspired us to step into this journey of owning a CRNA staffing company. Time is precious to our family and our growing “extended” family, therefore we believe in purposeful, quality, effective, and fiscally responsible care in order to provide timely services to our communities.

In the start, we had ideas on how our company would look, where we would go, and what the best route for us should be. With our belief in continued education and a love for life-long learning we obtained our Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and formed Sound Asleep Anesthesia. Shortly after the birth of our second daughter, we decided to make the leap into expanding our company to welcome new team members and expand our services. It has been the most humbling and beautiful journey as we expand our team, our family, our service areas. We want others to feel the joy we feel to as we walk into hospital systems and offices, knowing we can provide quality, turn-key, affordable anesthesia services, it is why we do what we do.
